This in-line circulator includes 2" companion flanges and uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft sleeve. The assembly includes a replaceable cartridge bearing system that isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. An interchangeable two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal manages the rotating interface. The enclosed impeller is both dynamically and hydraulically balanced, which supports fluid movement for residential or light commercial heating, chilled water circulation, or domestic hot water systems. A rugged flexible rubber drive coupling connects the assembly to the motor, absorbing both angular and parallel misalignment to maintain operational stability.
The motor operates at 1/6 HP and 1750 RPM, powered by a 115/1 supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
